There are so many reasons one might consider birth photography.


For this mom, she knew ahead of time that her partner wasn't going to be able to attend the birth of their child.

It was an honor to be asked to document her birth so that her partner would get to experience this extraordinary moment in some capacity.

He may not have gotten to be there physically, but I hope these images are able to provide him with the story of his son's birth.

How strong his partner was as she labored naturally with the support of her own mother.
